Hi! I’m Megan, a UX designer with a people background.

For the past 6+ years I’ve juggled my time between B2B software sales and a passion project of scaling a women’s community from 50 to 21,000 members. 

On one end, I spent countless hours understanding how enterprise users navigate complex software, translating technical features into human value. On the other end, I spent even more time listening to the genuine needs of the community and simply creating experiences that could hold space for the needs I heard (oftentimes, I had the same needs).

Between the 2 experiences I’ve come to learn my superpower isn’t in selling solutions, it’s in creating them. 

I’ve found the most impactful solutions and meaningful successes tend to come from a deep sense of empathy and a desire to continuously unpack the “why” behind things. My hope as a UX designer is to do more transformative work, bringing big ideas to life and rethinking complex systems into joyful human experiences.

Right now I’m looking for a role in UX design. I’m open to remote, transferring, & traveling. I’d love to grab a coffee (virtually or in person).
